03 24 act with kindness considering everyone and everything

What if kindness isn't about grand gestures or perfect outcomes, but about the intentions behind your smallest actions? The Process rewards you for deeds of kindness and corrects you for deeds of harm—not based on results, but on your intentions. If you give a homeless person a sandwich and they throw it back, you're still rewarded. If you try to hurt someone with unkind words that have no impact, you're still corrected. Your intentions are fully within your control.

One of the magical things about kindness is that it propagates. You need to stay aware to notice that somebody might be upset, and ask if they're okay. Awareness is essential. And kindness flows out of a state of acceptance.
